Orders will be accepted only after confirming no significant errors or mistakes in the descriptions of ordered goods and their prices. Any weights, dimensions, and capacities of goods are approximate. The content of the website may be modified by us at any time without notice.

While we strive to ensure that our website is available 24 hours a day, we are not responsible if the site is temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee continuous, secure, or uninterrupted access to our service.

We strive to ensure that our site is free from viruses and errors. However, we cannot guarantee that using this website or any associated websites will not damage the user's computer.
§9 AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
All orders are subject to acceptance and verification of goods availability. If ordered goods are not available, we will contact the customer by email or phone. The customer will have the option to wait for the availability of the goods or cancel the order.
§10 ORDER MISTAKES
The user can correct any mistakes and errors in the order until pressing the "send" button during the ordering process.
§11 APPLICATION OF THIS REGULATION
The conditions in this regulation apply to situations not described in other regulations, and every user agrees to comply with them. We reserve the right to change this regulation at any time.

Unless otherwise stated in this regulation, we only accept written notices sent to us at the contact address.
§13 LAW AND LANGUAGE
This site, all its content, and any agreement resulting from using this website are governed and interpreted in accordance with Polish law. The parties to such an agreement consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Polish courts. Agreements are made in English/Polish.
§14 INVALIDITY OF THE REGULATION
If any terms of this regulation are impossible to fulfill (including provisions excluding our liability), the remaining terms of the regulation still apply and should be observed.
§15 CHANGES TO THE REGULATION
We reserve the right to change the terms of this regulation; we recommend tracking changes.

§17 ORDER FULFILLMENT: The Seller is obligated to deliver the goods without defects. The order fulfillment period is specified in the store. The Seller will commence order fulfillment after its payment. The maximum preparation time is 7 working days from the receipt of payment to the dispatch. The goods are delivered within the European Union according to the Buyer's chosen delivery method. Purchased items are delivered depending on the chosen delivery method by the Buyer. We dispatch most orders within two days, and they reach the customer within 2-4 working days. In some cases, such as during holidays or for international shipments outside of Poland, delivery time may extend to 5-9 working days. Details regarding costs and fulfillment times for specific countries can be found in the "Payment and Shipping" section.
§18 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT: The consumer and a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, when it is apparent that the contract does not have a professional character for that person, have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller through the store within 30 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which the consumer or the person takes possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). The withdrawal form is attached to the package with the ordered goods. In the event of withdrawal, the Seller refunds all payments received, including the costs of delivering the goods, immediately and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller is informed of the consumer's decision. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until the consumer provides proof of return.
The Seller requests the return of goods to the address: Just Blocks ul Piastowska 6, 32-086 Batowice. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. The consumer must return the goods immediately, but not later than 14 days from the day on which they informed the Seller of the withdrawal from the sales contract.
§19 COMPLAINTS: In case of a defect in the goods, the buyer has the right to complain about the defective goods based on the statutory warranty or guarantee, if provided. Using the warranty, the buyer can, in accordance with the terms specified in the Civil Code: submit a statement on the price reduction, in the case of a significant defect - submit a statement on withdrawal from the contract, demand the exchange of the item for one free from defects, demand the removal of the defect. The Seller requests that complaints based on the warranty be sent by post or electronically to the address specified in the regulations. The complaint should include: the name and surname and correspondence or email address for the response, the reason for the complaint, and the request. If it turns out that to consider the complaint, it is necessary to deliver the complained goods to the Seller, the buyer is obliged to deliver the goods, at the Seller's expense, to the address Just Blocks ul Piastowska 6, 32-086 Batowice. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days.
Regarding personal data provided by the buyer in connection with the creation of an account: the performance of the account management service. The legal basis for processing personal data in this case is: an electronic service provision agreement or actions taken at the request of the buyer, aimed at its conclusion (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), and the legitimate interest of the Seller, consisting in processing data to establish, assert, or defend potential claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Providing data by the buyer is voluntary but necessary to conclude a sales contract or provide account management services. Failure to provide data will prevent the conclusion of a sales contract in the store or account management. The buyer has the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and the right to transfer data to another administrator. The buyer also has the right to object to the processing of data at any time for reasons related to their particular situation - regarding the processing of their personal data based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (i.e., the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator). To exercise their rights, the buyer should contact the Seller using the data from the regulations. The buyer exercises their rights in accordance with the provisions regarding the protection of personal data. If the buyer believes that their data is processed unlawfully, they can file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
