CITY SET - TOY OF THE YEAR 2023

Starting our journey with blocks 5 years ago, we did not expect to come this far. In April 2023, one of our sets ‘ wooden blocks Just Blocks CITY’ was awarded the title of Toy of the Year in Poland. We are incredibly proud to have received this award as it assures parents that our set is a highly recommended toy choice. The TOTY award tests and marks the outstanding quality of toys and helps parents choose smart and safe toys that stimulate their children's development and provides great play. Toys are evaluated in terms of their educational value, quality of workmanship, functionality, and safety. Toy of the Year is the most prestigious competition in Poland! Its first edition took place in 2013. The title of Toy of the Year is awarded by the biggest authorities in the children's industry. Among the judges are psychologists, physiotherapists, industry journalists, and also famous parents. Jury members took part in workshops where they had the opportunity to personally get to know and judge the toys nominated for the award according to their official criteria to ensure the highest standard of the chosen toy
 
What was our toy judged on?
Safety and quality of workmanship - type of materials used for production, solidity of the entire structure, toy resistance to damage, absence of dangerous substances and elements.
Functionality – variety of ways in which the toy can be played by children starting from a very young age and compatibility with other toys.
Idea for a toy – innovation, original idea, ecological approach.
Impact on child development - stimulation of child development, encouragement of creative thinking, impact on emotional, social, intellectual development.
Toy design - child-friendly colour scheme, attractive to children.
Packaging- real adaptation to the age suggested by the manufacturer or distributor.
 
We are so proud of the success our City Set Blocks have achieved.  It’s a true honour to be awarded the Toy of the Year and it is great motivation for us to continue our brand development. From now on, all of our City products are marked with the Toy of the Year 2023 quality label. Look for this mark on our packaging!
